Welcome to the fourth of our weekly broadcasts of the 1954 BBC radio series The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes starring Sir John Gielgud as Sherlock Holmes and Sir Ralph Richardson as Dr. Watson.
This episode is titled The Traitor and is based upon the story of The Bruce Partington Plans by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. This episode features the brother of John Gielgud and director of these radio productions Val Gielgud in the role of Mycroft Holmes. The original broadcast date was 26th October, 1954.
